• Be created/captured within an African country
• Be owned by you or properly licensed
• Not violate any third-party rights
• Not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Comply with our community guidelines

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Spam or engage in unauthorized commercial activity
• Impersonate others or provide false information

5. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to your photos. By uploading content, you grant Zaawadi a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content on our platform.

6. Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Zaawadi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

Zaawadi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
